A kitchen and bathroom renovation with associated non-structural building work - painting, plastering, polished floors etc. This special Kooyong Tudor-style apartment kitchen had to be designed with great care to blend with the home and its special features - cupboard doors were custom-made with the same profiles to match existing internal doors, bathrooms were traditional in style, and it all looks like it was always there. This is change at its careful best, showing sympathy and deference to existing architecture.
