At
FinnBuild, we love to CHANGE things, and so we specialise in building
things that will change the way you work. Our work in the commercial
field is all about CHANGE, and involves alteration works, fitouts,
refurbishments, preventative maintenance, wet area and facility
upgrades.

FinnBuild
has done a great deal of commercial building work over the years,
especially for schools and universities. We have done everything
from repairing a door for a client after they have been the victim
of a break-in to renovating 83 bathrooms for the then Sheraton Hotel
in Spring St, Melbourne (while the hotel continued to operate!).
We have done a lot of work in lift refurbishments, and the addition
of disabled facilities in public buildings. We have built medical
rooms and specialist test laboratories, commercial food preparation
areas, and check-in facilities at airports. If it involves change
in a commercial environment, we can do it.
