This
architects' firm commissioned FinnBuild to fitout a disused open-plan
warehouse to meet their needs, being office spaces, meeting rooms,
and separate areas for tenants on the lower level. They retained
the existing exposed trusses, and work involved pouring some new
concrete slabs and polishing these, painting throughout, installation
of polished boards to some areas, carpeting, airconditioning, fire
services, roof and internal plumbing, building of partitions and
installation of some cabinetry. The result is stylish and functional,
as are most of the firm's design projects.
